Industrial Varnishing

Our new industrial powder coating plant is equipped with a state-of-the-art automatic spray booth, with automatic part reading, which guarantees greater uniformity of paint application.
The parts are treated by means of a phospho-degreasing wash with final application in nano technology, for a greater guarantee of paint resistance over time, with a consequent significant increase in resistance times in salt spray.
We can also guarantee the complete painting of large parts, thanks to a booth passage of 250×100 cm.
The new plant is also equipped with the new Industria 4.0 technology, a project financed by POR – Regione del Veneto.

The management is followed by specialised personnel who carry out checks on the surface, thickness and resistance of the paint with calibrated and certified instruments in order to offer our customers a product that is always more accurate and guaranteed.
Special packaging operations are carried out on request, and we also provide a pick-up and delivery service with our own vehicles.
